    Oh My!

    I bought my hammock a few months ago to take to our house in Florida. Today I put it up and this thing is comfortable. Easy into and easy out of with a nap in between.

    Everything is fantastic!

    I bought for my wife and I two cotton rope hammocks in the montauk color a little while ago, and more recently bought a couple of hammock stands for them. They are very comfortable hammocks and the stands work perfectly, didn't take long at all to set them up. We had some issues with our package for the stands getting lost in transit but costumer service was very kind and fantastic to work with, they sorted things out for us very quickly, and we are finally able to enjoy our yellow leaf hammocks now thanks to the amazing person that helped us. Thank you!

    The cotton rope has stretched a bit with use but that was to be expected, it doesn't impact how we lay in our hammocks, and still fits well with the stands without problems.

    This is an amazing company to work with, and the products are 10/10 for everything.

    Ridiculously delicious

    I can’t believe how soft and comfortable this hammock is. Lightweight, strong, sturdy and fits nicely in a suitcase without adding significant weight. Easy to string with the accompanying straps and I love that I can unhook it to bring inside when not in use.

In-stock hammocks will ship same day for orders placed before 3 pm PT. Our hammocks ship free in the U.S. and generally arrive within 2-5 days of ordering. If you want to expedite shipping, that’s possible at checkout!

Our Cotton Rope Hammocks are woven with 100% natural, hand-dyed cotton. The thicker weaving yarn provides a comfortable sit and a classic boho vibe.

Because The Cotton Rope Hammock is made of 100% natural cotton, it should stay indoors or have very selective outdoor use. For outdoor best practice, this hammock should be safely stored when not in use so that its natural fibers are fully protected from the elements. If you're looking for a hardier, more weathersafe hammock, check out our Signature Hammocks.

Our hammocks can be hung in a multitude of spaces and can all have their hanging range extended with our 'Go Anywhere' Hammock Straps.

Here are some quick hanging guidelines:

- Cotton Rope Hammock: Hang ends 9’-12’ apart, around 5’ high.

For permanent setups, 'porch swing' hooks from your local hardware store work well. Check our YLH Hammock Hanging Guide for images and detailed tips.

Every Yellow Leaf Hammock comes with a "Hammocking 101" Guidebook with detailed instructions on how and where to hang your hammock.

Since hanging options vary, hardware is not included. However, we do offer versatile tree straps and an adjustable hammock stand!

We recommend handwashing your hammock in cold water using a mild detergent and hanging it spread out to dry. To avoid tangling the ends (the "scale lines"), tie them in big knots.

You definitely don't want to put it in the washing machine or the dryer!
