Our Signature Hammocks come in two sizes: Classic Double Hammocks (10'L x 6'W) and Family-Size Hammocks (11'L x 9'W). Our Signature Classic Double Hammock supports 1-2 people up to 400 pounds, whereas our Family-Size Hammock supports 1-3+ people up to 550 pounds (and extends wider than a king-size bed!). Both the Classic and Family hammocks are shockingly soft and expand to cradle you perfectly every single time. These roomy double hammocks are perfect for relaxing alone with a good book or jumping in together to share the hammock love without getting squished together in the center!

You can hang our Classic Double Hammocks and Family-Size Hammocks in a range of dimensions. The Classic Double Hammock's ends should be about 10’ apart (+/- 2 feet) and about 5’ off the ground (+/- 1 foot). With that in mind, you could hang it with the ends between 8' and 12’ apart.

With the Family Signature Hammock, the ends should be about 11’ (+/- 2 feet) apart and about 5’ off the ground (+/- 1 foot). Therefore, you can hang the hammock with the ends between 9’ and 13’ apart. You can also extend our double hammocks using hanging straps.

Our “Go Anywhere” Hanging Straps are the most versatile hanging solution. These hammock straps are compatible with all Yellow Leaf hammocks and work well in almost any hanging scenario. They are each 12’ long and easily adjustable, so you can hang your hammock between any two points up to 30+ feet apart. Each hammock strap is designed with pre-made loops, so you don’t need to tie knots to hang your hammock! They are super strong, with a weight capacity of up to 550 lbs. Our flat hammock straps are also “tree-friendly” and do not cut into the bark like a regular rope.

Our adjustable Hammock Stand is our perfect solution for tree-free double hammock relaxation. The Hammock Stand is compatible with our Signature Classic Double and Family-Size hammocks and supports up to 550 lbs. The Hammock Stand measures 4'W x 3.5'H x 9'L and (with its space-saving Gravity Hook™ system) supports hammocks that are 10’-11’ long. It is easy to assemble with the included instructions and all necessary hardware; best of all, no tools are required! With the hassle-free assembly, it’s a breeze to begin relaxing in minutes! Every Yellow Leaf hammock comes with a Hammocking 101 Guidebook + care instructions, but they are super sturdy and easy to care for! Our Signature Classic Double Hammocks and Family-Size Hammocks are made from weather-safe Performance Yarn™ that can be left out in the sun and rain with no worries about fading or mildew—so your relaxing sling can be ready to relax in all season long. Our interwoven micro-yarns are very strong, but it is possible to snag and rip them on buckles, zippers, or buttons, so a degree of care should always be exercised, and we would caution against using the hammock while wearing any of the above. We recommend hand-washing the hammocks using a mild detergent in cold water and hanging them to dry. To avoid tangling the ends (the "scale lines"), you can tie them in big knots. Our performance acrylic yarn is colorfast, so you don't have to worry about it bleeding. You definitely don't want to put it in the dryer, though!
